Operations Intern

The Operations Management Intern reports directly to the General Manager and works under the guidance of the Operations Manager and Safety Manager to gain exposure to all aspects of transit operations management. This internship provides an opportunity to build valuable on-the-job experience, including effective communication with internal and external customers, performance evaluation and execution, and compliance with all federal, state, and company policies. The position is based in Allentown, PA, supporting the LANTA location.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Grow thorough knowledge of transit regulations and operations.
+ Understand and evaluate daily activities of all operators and supports the activities of supervisors and dispatch personnel.
