Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and maintain accurate product price lists across collections
  • Track inventory levels daily, update stock records, and flag low-stock or sold-out items to the team
  • Assist with stock organisation for orders, pop-ups, and internal storage
  • Support pop-up preparation and setup, including basic creative display, merchandising, and breakdown when required
  • Coordinate internally to ensure pricing, stock availability, and product information are aligned
  • Assist with simple content-related tasks where appropriate, such as behind-the-scenes content, basic product photos, or short clips
  • Help maintain organised spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems
  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks in a small, home-grown brand environment
  • Follow established processes while adapting to new workflows as the brand grows
