Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Create and update purchase orders in Zoho as per defined formats and internal approvals.
  • Complete purchase receives in Zoho, ensuring quantity, rate, and tax details are accurately captured.
  • Prepare and process customer/vendor billing in Zoho, maintaining proper documentation and records.
  • Coordinate and follow up with warehouse teams, finance, clients and other stakeholders to close orders, POs, GRNs, and billing queries.
  • Maintain trackers/reports for SOs, POs, GRNs, and invoices to ensure timely closure and zero follow-up gaps.

Support the operations team in basic data entry, documentation, MIS & follow-ups as required.
