The Operations & Inventory Intern will assist the E-Commerce and Operations teams with ERP updates, product listing coordination, inventory tracking, and database management. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn business processes, and interested in gaining practical experience in e-commerce operations.
1. ERP & Inventory Support
Assist in updating and maintaining product and stock details in the ERP system.Support in checking stock discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely product and inventory updates. 2. Product Listing Support
Help prepare and upload product details to online platforms.Ensure product data (titles, descriptions, prices, and stock) are correct and up to date.Assist in cross-checking listings with supplier and internal records. 3. Manual Database Maintenance
Maintain Excel-based inventory and product tracking sheets.Regularly update internal records to support reporting and analysis.Ensure data consistency between manual and ERP records. 4. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Support daily coordination with internal teams for smooth operations.Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.Perform other operational or administrative tasks assigned by the team. Skills & Qualifications:
Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and general computer operations.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Eager to learn ERP and e-commerce systems.Good communication and coordination skills.Self-motivated, reliable, and a quick learner.
