  • Overview:
    The Operations & Inventory Intern will assist the E-Commerce and Operations teams with ERP updates, product listing coordination, inventory tracking, and database management. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn business processes, and interested in gaining practical experience in e-commerce operations.

    1. ERP & Inventory Support

  • Assist in updating and maintaining product and stock details in the ERP system.

  • Support in checking stock discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely product and inventory updates.
  • 2. Product Listing Support

  • Help prepare and upload product details to online platforms.

  • Ensure product data (titles, descriptions, prices, and stock) are correct and up to date.

  • Assist in cross-checking listings with supplier and internal records.
  • 3. Manual Database Maintenance

  • Maintain Excel-based inventory and product tracking sheets.

  • Regularly update internal records to support reporting and analysis.

  • Ensure data consistency between manual and ERP records.
  • 4. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Support daily coordination with internal teams for smooth operations.

  • Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.

  • Perform other operational or administrative tasks assigned by the team.
  • Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and general computer operations.

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Eager to learn ERP and e-commerce systems.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and a quick learner.
