What you will do

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Lead to oversee and optimize day-to-end business operations in Colombia. The ideal candidate is based in Colombia (preferably Medellín) and has proven experience working with U.S.-based companies, along with a strong understanding of Colombian labor laws, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
