Responsibilities

We’re hiring an Operations Lead (Argentina) to own the end-to-end daily delivery of our Argentina pilot—initially focused on respiratory clinical cases (high volume + clear guidelines + well-defined red flags). This role combines care delivery operations + patient operations : you’ll run the daily service, protect SLAs, coordinate clinician workflows, and ensure patients move smoothly through intake, review, resolution, and follow-up.
