About the Role:

They are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement for our Sport for Change (CSR/ philanthropy Funded) programs. This is a leadership role that oversees program operations across regions, ensures high-quality execution, manages funder relationships, and leads a multi-functional team to achieve impact and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the year with respect to key metrics pertaining to revenue, margins, and cash flows; along with appropriate goals and strategies for driving execution of the plan.
  2. Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance of the overall portfolio.
  3. Lead program delivery, quality monitoring, audits, and field operations.
  4. Drive program design, opportunities for growth, and renewal planning.
  5. Build and manage strong funder and key stakeholder relationships; resolve escalations with RCA
  6. Manage Program Managers; drive performance reviews, KRAs, and team development.
  7. Ensure compliance, timely reporting, and support external funder audits.

What They are Looking For:

  1. 15-20 years of experience in large-scale program delivery/ operations, and client management with a background in CSR/ development, education or sports domains. Leadership experience in a scaled/ large non-profit would be an added advantage.
  2. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
  3. Proven ability to lead diverse program teams and collaborate cross-functionally
  4. Ability to enhance/ automate existing delivery, financial and funder management processes based on ongoing learnings & experiences
  5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong appetite for data-driven decision-making using contemporary technologies/ tools.
