Our dumpling bar at Globus Bellevue is designed as a fast-paced, quality-driven, and vibrant operation, where great food meets efficient, friendly service. The concept is strongly focused: dumplings arrive frozen and are finished on-site through steaming, assembling, and mise en place, ensuring fast delivery and high quality.

This location is a key step in Madame Sum's expansion and will serve as a reference for future openings.
