Operations Lead Engineer Day2

onsemi is seeking an Operations Lead — also known as Captain of the Ship (COS) — Who is responsible for executing tactical operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role ensures delivery targets are met by driving output, cycle time, and quality performance while maintaining operational continuity across multiple technologies and process areas. The COS collaborates across departments and shifts to maintain seamless 24/7 production capability and enable continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities 

• Partner across departments (Operations, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Module Engineering, Integration, to ensure performance of production, NPD, and development products. 

• Lead benchmarking, copying, developing, implementing, and continuously improving operation standards, methodologies, and business processes.
