Role Overview:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing integrated operations at a manufacturing site, ensuring efficient delivery of technical and soft services while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations across at the manufacturing facility
• Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations and operational continuity
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service partners to meet service-level requirements
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Drive cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and manage on-site teams to achieve operational excellence

Candidate Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in operations management
• Prior experience handling operations at manufacturing sites
• Proven capability in managing both technical and soft services
• Strong leadership,
• stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to drive performance, efficiency, and compliance in a manufacturing environment
