Job Description:

Primary Focus: Daily operational health and prioritization

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily conversation performance and platform health using previous day’s data

- Own the conversation roadmap and backlog

- Prioritize changes based on business impact

- Manage live chat and BOT flows in NLX.AI and Netomi

- Coordinate with backend/platform teams for execution

- Approve releases and manage change control

- Maintain standards and documentation
