Operations Lead

          The opportunity Our client is hiring an entrepreneurial General Manager / Operations Lead to run a PE-backed diagnostic center & complementary business.

They need a true operations leader to take ownership of day-to-day execution across the pair of healthcare services businesses.

You will be embedded in the operation, working alongside teams and physician leaders to improve how the business runs.

You will have the authority to change how work gets done, introduce structure where it’s missing, and hold teams to clear standards.  In the first 6–12 months, you will stabilize and modernize operations; beyond that, you will focus on growth, efficiency, and capacity expansion.

Success is measured in tangible improvements to throughput, staff productivity, patient satisfaction, and profitability.
