By leveraging a global network of passionate volunteers, the organization designs and implements comprehensive prevention, mitigation, and response strategies to foster safer communities. Established in 2019 in Manila, Philippines, and now based in California, Breaking Silence is committed to GBV advocacy, survivor support, and education. The organization strives to make a meaningful impact on a global scale through collaboration and community empowerment.
