Designation - PL Operations Leader/Manager


Key Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with US customers during US business hours
  • 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Prior experience managing teams focused on:
  • Scheduling and workforce planning
  • Data analysis
  • Real-Time Analysis (RTA)
  • Strong experience in creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
