Role Purpose: Ensure smooth daily operations, optimize workflows, and maintain high-quality standards across Food whisperer’s culinary and service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen, supply chain, and customer service operations
- Manage vendor relationships and inventory control
- Implement efficiency improvements and cost-saving measures
- Lead and train staff to uphold Food whisperer’s brand values
- Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Report performance metrics to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- 5+ years of operations management experience in F&B industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and supply chain management
