Role Purpose: Ensure smooth daily operations, optimize workflows, and maintain high-quality standards across Food whisperer’s culinary and service functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen, supply chain, and customer service operations
  • Manage vendor relationships and inventory control
  • Implement efficiency improvements and cost-saving measures
  • Lead and train staff to uphold Food whisperer’s brand values
  • Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Report performance metrics to senior leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • 5+ years of operations management experience in F&B industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and supply chain management
