ATI is currently seeking an Operations Leader to join our facility located in Cudahy, WI. A successful Operations Leader is responsible for organizing, planning, and supervising dimensional and visual inspection of forgings produced by ATI. The Operations Leader is responsible for implementation of inspection functions which ensure product conformance to ATI Forging and customer requirements. This Operations Leader will make decisions on machineability of nonstandard parts and the communication of such decisions. Responsible for the trucking department manpower and daily tasking, Building 3 inspection and Building 3 Engineering.
