Operations Leader, Energy (Interior Region)

The Opportunity

As an Operations Leader, Energy, you are responsible for the transformation, continuous improvement, and ongoing delivery of assessment operations for the Energy technologies including Electrical, Gas, and Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration. Through proactive engagement with safety officers, clients, and stakeholders, you maintain an in-depth understanding of safety performance, client challenges, and employee needs. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of operational plans for the Energy technologies, aligned provincially to the Operations strategic vision and business performance priorities. 

Status: Regular Full-Time, Excluded 
Number of Positions: 1 
Pay Grade: 19 ($98,500 - $147,800 annual base salary) 
Location: Kelowna, BC (hybrid work environment)
