**Job Summary：**
Plans, guides and directs the activities for the introduction of new projects, monitoring of processes and quality of the Compressor plant, to achieve the objectives of growth, safety, quality, productivity, on-time deliveries, inventory turns, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, satisfy customer demand and develop staff under your responsibility.
