As part of Carrier Operations, the Transportation Operations Leadership Program (OLP) places you at the center of a large-scale transformation across our global operational landscape. Key Responsibilities
As an OLP Associate, you’ll be responsible for:
Participating in four 6-month rotations over two years at our Carrier Monterrey site in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
Working in Carrier’s dynamic global business units, including Commercial HVAC and Residential HVAC.
Leading the deployment of our continuous improvement operating system by achieving Carrier Excellence Certification across factories.
Supporting global strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives.
