Operations & Logistics Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) team. You will be the primary engine driving the physical lifecycle of our retired IT assets. Your mission is to ensure that every laptop, server, and mobile device is tracked, secured, and transported efficiently from our offices to our processing partners without even one item going missing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Management: Plan and coordinate the collection and transport of retired IT equipment from various department sites and satellite offices.
• Inbound Inventory Control: Conduct physical audits of incoming equipment. Reconcile physical hardware against Expected Asset lists and investigate any discrepancies immediately.
• Asset Serialization: Oversee the scanning and tagging of all hardware, ensuring 100% data entry accuracy.
