Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Administration
  Implement all operational requirements outlined in the event operations plan. Manage crisis and safety procedures, maintain clear administrative records, update event website information, produce a post‑event report, and contribute to the review and evaluation process.
• Financial
  Maintain accurate records of the operations budget, conduct quoting processes for event operational suppliers, and undertake financial practices including budget forecasts, purchase order requests, and invoice payments.
