Operations Logistics Executive cum Controller

As an Operations Controller, you'll be responsible for the efficient planning, assigning and deployment of drivers and transport jobs to ensure that customers' cargo are delivered timely and safely.

Working location:
513 Kampong Bahru Road, Keppel Distripark, Singapore

Mondays - Fridays 8:30am to 6:15pm

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and deploy daily transport activities and drivers while assigning and controlling trucking distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation is submitted within schedule.
• Ensure job requests are clearly disseminated to drivers and ground issues are properly coordinated.
• Oversee and manage a fleet of drivers to ensure safe handling and delivery of customers' cargo.
• Communicate with customers to answer their queries.
• Provide quotation for rates.
• Ensure strict safety compliances
