Trillium Construction is now hiring for an O&M Manager in Fredrick, CO!

Our client is a small family owned company specializing in commercial and utility scale solar. They are hiring for an O&M Manager to help lead the O&M team with projects that they have scattered throughout Illinois. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $130k plus benefits like M/V/D, 401k, PTO, per diem, and vehicle allowance. This job does require hefty travel in the beginning 

Duties:

· Developing Operations and Maintenance protocols and procedures 

· Managing reactive and preventative maintenance requests 

· Managing Commissioning and Closeout process with Project Management team 

· Responding to warranty claims 

· Managing technicians time and training in safe work practices
