About the Role

Our client is seeking a High Potential professional to join an intensive, hands‑on Operations Leadership Program designed to develop future leaders within a global logistics and industrial operations environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Rotate through multiple operational functions such as packaging, warehousing, logistics, rail operations, administration, and commercial support
  • Support day‑to‑day operations while progressively taking on leadership responsibility
  • Manage and motivate teams, including workforce planning and organization
  • Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Complete administrative responsibilities including planning, payroll support, and reporting
