Operations Management Leadership Program

About the Role

Our client is seeking a High Potential professional to join an intensive, hands-on Operations Leadership Program designed to develop future leaders within a global logistics and industrial operations environment.

Over a period of up to two years , selected candidates will rotate through multiple operational and functional areas across different terminals, gaining broad exposure to the full supply chain while building strong leadership, problem-solving, and business acumen. This role combines real operational responsibility , project involvement (local and global), and mentorship from senior leadership.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed into a key leadership position within one of our client’s terminal operations.
