Operations Management Trainee at OMA Group

Job Purpose

• This role trains to quality as an operation superintendent whose scope is to oversee the commerce technical, and operational aspects of designated units, ensure their optimal performance in strict compliance with contracts

Training areas:

• Ensure operations are executed in strict accordance with contractual obligations

• Monitor the management companies for offshore units

• Control operational budgets and monitor costs

• Make recommendations to enhance operational efficiency while considering HSEQ management issues

• Perform contract reviews with offshore and onshore personnel

• Undertake onshore and offshore verifications as required

• Safe operations with minimum downtime and negative impart on the environment

• Turnaround planning
