About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and collaborative Channel Operations Manager to support day‑to‑day operations across retail, builder, and distribution channels. This role focuses on resolving customer issues, improving processes, managing KPIs, and supporting digital customer engagement tools. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Support & Case Management

  • Act as the main escalation point for customers across assigned territories.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Service, Parts, Refunds, Product Support, to resolve issues quickly.
  • Make quick, informed decisions to improve customer satisfaction within company guidelines.
