Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced
Operations Manager
to oversee end‑to‑end operations in Switzerland within a fast‑growing international industrial group. This role has full responsibility for supply chain, logistics, operational planning and continuous improvement across the local organization.

Supply Chain & Procurement

• Build and execute procurement strategies.
• Select, negotiate and evaluate national and international suppliers.
• Ensure cost efficiency, stable supply and high‑quality standards.

Logistics & Distribution

• Manage transportation, carriers and external logistics partners.
• Guarantee on‑time deliveries and strong service levels.
• Track and optimize key logistics KPIs.

Warehouse & Inventory Management
