Our vision is simple: Fix, Build and Create, and to be recognised as one of Adelaide's leading carpentry and specialist building companies. We deliver residential and commercial projects across Adelaide. As the business continues to grow, we're seeking an Operations Manager to bring structure, leadership and consistency to project delivery.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth execution of projects once they are handed over from Sales or Estimating. You'll oversee workflow, people, resources and site standards - ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard. You'll work closely with the General Manager, Managing Director and be supported by an Operations Coordinator who manages much of the reporting, scheduling, lead contact management and fleet administration.
