Job Description

A healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to provide operational leadership for our growing Adult ADHD Service. You will work closely with clinical leaders to ensuresafe, compliant, high-quality and efficient care delivery across multiple ICBs nationwide.

This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. There will be an expectation of occasional out-of-hours work and on-call support, particularly during service mobilisation phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support and develop the ADHD operational team
  • Manage service mobilisation and day-to-day operations
  • Ensure CQC compliance, governance and quality standards are met
  • Oversee performance management, rotas, reporting and SLAs
  • Collaborate with ICBs, finance, BI and digital transformation teams
