A leading regional Oil & Gas and Non-Destructive Testing / NDT inspection services company is seeking a NDT Technical & Operations Manager to take full ownership of hands-on operational and technical activities across Offshore, Oil & Gas, Marine, and Industrial projects in the UAE.
This is a high-visibility, operationally and technically focused role for an NDT professional with ASNT Level III expertise, who thrives in field execution, team leadership, and complex inspection projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Technical Leadership
- Oversee and manage day-to-day NDT operations across offshore and onshore industrial sites.
- Supervise daily schedules of technicians and subcontractors for optimal manpower utilization.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute NDT inspection projects, ensuring on-time, safe, and compliant delivery.
