MYVISTA welcomes candidates with executive leadership experience for our Operations Manager - Aged Care position. You would be joining our highly regarded organisation to lead, oversee and manage our Residential Aged Care and Home Care Services.
Reporting to the CEO and working with a small dedicated senior leadership team, the successful applicant will be responsible for the care, service and business outcomes and compliance for the areas of responsibility.
Leading a team of passionate, competent and forward-looking people, this position requires a high degree of knowledge, experience and understanding of Residential Aged Care and Home Care services, including current policies, legislation and statutory requirements and business acumen that pertain to this sector.
