The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle inventory control, stock planning, and material procurement to minimize wastage and shortages.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the production, sales, and procurement teams to align business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify areas for improvement.

Ideal Profile:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • 10–15 years of experience in F&B operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control systems, stock management, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or inventory management software.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Candidates must have stable previous employment journey.
