Job Description

Role Summary:

Manage end-to-end security operations across client sites, ensuring effective manpower deployment, service quality, statutory compliance, and strong client coordination.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Oversee daily operations of security personnel across locations.




  • Manage manpower planning, deployment, shifts, attendance, and replacements.




  • Coordinate with clients for smooth operations and issue resolution.




  • Ensure SOP adherence, site audits, and training supervision.




  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, wages, uniforms).




  • Handle incidents, MIS reports, attendance, and billing inputs.




  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Accounts teams.
