Operations Manager (Amazon)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands‑on Operations Manager to lead our Amazon USA private label business. This role blends strategic leadership with direct, day‑to‑day operational execution. You will oversee supply chain workflows, manage Amazon account health, support purchasing and logistics, and lead a small team responsible for marketplace operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, is exceptionally detail‑oriented, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to solve problems while guiding and developing a high‑performing team. This position is approximately 50% individual contributor and 50% management, requiring both strategic thinking and hands‑on involvement.
