Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for operational planning, developing and implementing all operational, administrative, human resource related and financial activities of multi Housekeeping departments to meet the clients service standards and LUXXE’s service requirements. You will oversee a number of hotels within Brisbane and ideally have previous experience in multi site management. You have a strong understanding of overall hotel operations including Front Office, Maintenance and Housekeeping and those with a Rooms Division or Housekeeping background would be ideal candidates..
