Operations Manager | Manufacturing | Brisbane South
A well established, privately operated manufacturing business in Brisbane’s southern corridor is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a critical phase of operational transformation. This is a senior site leadership role with full accountability for safety, production performance, workforce capability and operational excellence.
Reporting into a senior ANZ operations executive, this role will suit a hands on leader who thrives in complex manufacturing environments and is comfortable driving change in long tenured workforces.

You will take ownership of a single site manufacturing operation with accountability for up to 50 FTE across production, warehouse and support functions. The business is investing in lifting safety standards, improving operational discipline and embedding structured performance management.
