THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of our venues.

You will oversee venue operations, lead Venue Managers and Head Chefs, and support a workforce of up to 70 employees. This role is suited to someone who is commercially sharp, analytically strong, confident in enforcing standards, and disciplined with administration and follow-through.
