This role is instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, cleanliness, emergency preparedness, and operational efficiency. The Operations Manager is committed to nurturing a professional and positive environment for staff, contractors, retailers, and customers. This role oversees the daily activities related to the centre’s presentation, including maintenance and security, while fostering and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
