  • Manage a team of outlet operators to ensure the smooth operation of the outlets assigned to them
  • Build, track and review outlets’ key performance indicators
  • Maintain and work on improving SOPs for logistics and outlet operations
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction indicators for assigned outlets - Google reviews, Delivery platform reviews etc.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote the outlets for improving sales
  • Set up and monitor the process for outlet audits
  • Maintain accurate tracking of costs and operational efficiency for assigned outlets
  • Work with a target-led approach to create definitive and measurable growth
  • Responsible for hiring and training of outlet operators
