Job Description Manage a team of outlet operators to ensure the smooth operation of the outlets assigned to them Build, track and review outlets’ key performance indicators Maintain and work on improving SOPs for logistics and outlet operations Responsible for customer satisfaction indicators for assigned outlets - Google reviews, Delivery platform reviews etc. Work closely with the marketing team to promote the outlets for improving sales Set up and monitor the process for outlet audits Maintain accurate tracking of costs and operational efficiency for assigned outlets Work with a target-led approach to create definitive and measurable growth Responsible for hiring and training of outlet operators
