Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead teams handling large-scale user provisioning and access management for US customers. This role focuses on ensuring accurate account setup, issue resolution, and data integrity across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage provisioning and access management teams
  • Oversee user account creation, modification, and de-provisioning across systems
  • Resolve access issues, data mismatches, and provisioning failures
  • Analyze logs, audit reports, and system data to identify root causes
  • Handle bulk data uploads, downloads, and validations (CSV, XML, JSON)
  • Create reports and dashboards using Salesforce, SQL, and Excel
