POSITION OVERVIEW

The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations for multiple outlets, ensuring smooth workflow, consistent drink quality, strong service standards, and high team performance. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple locations efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and support multiple CYS outlets across different locations.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to inspect drink quality, cleanliness, staff performance, and SOP compliance.
