Job Description

Operations Manager – support the General Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences, strong commercial results and high‑performing teams. Located in the heart of Birmingham, our modern, full‑service hotel features 148 contemporary bedrooms and 9 meeting & event rooms, welcoming a diverse mix of leisure, corporate and group guests.
