Operations Manager – Payment Control & Investigations

This role requires an experienced Operations Manager to provide leadership and management to direct reports to ensure the day-to-day functions relevant to the Payment Control & Investigations team are completed prior to deadlines and in line with legal, regulatory, and company procedures. The successful candidate will have solid experience in wealth management or banking operations with people management experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure real-time escalation of any possible operational risks/incidents/errors/ to Head/Deputy Head of Operations
