Operations Manager

Job Purpose

The Operations Manager ensures the efficient, profitable, and safe execution of all projects, services, and logistics within the country. This role oversees internal support functions such as Supply Chain, PMO, Technical Engineering, Controls, and Service, while coordinating with local support areas including Finance, HR, and Logistics. The position focuses on operational excellence, cross‑functional integration, and high‑quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, quality standards, and profitability KPIs.
• Validate cost estimates and support approval processes in collaboration with project teams.
• Oversee local supply chain operations including imports, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
