Job Description -
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong expertise in the US Insurance domain to lead and optimize end-to-end insurance operations for our clients in US shift.
The candidate will manage daily operations, improve process efficiency, and collaborate with the client to deliver high-quality service aligned with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day insurance operations across policy lifecycle, policy management, endorsements, renewals, claims, billing, and servicing
- Ensure SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets are consistently met
- Identify process gaps and lead process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives
- Implement best practices for operational excellence and cost optimization
- Act as primary point of contact to the client for any escalations
- Prepare and present operational metrics, dashboards, and MIS reports
- Team and Stakeholder Management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years proven experience in related financial role, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Experience in managing US based client stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
