We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and grow the operations of our Burlington Service Center. This facility specializes in electromechanical motor in‑shop repairs and distribution sales.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of safety, operational, profit, sales, and customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the IPS operating system, CIPS (Continuous Improvement Process Solution).
Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
- In collaboration with the Area Sales Manager, develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals for the service center.
