Bevatel is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across our core product teams, including Account Management, Voice, and Business Chat. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across multiple departments and ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor performance, SLAs, and operational KPIs to maintain high service quality. Drive process optimization, efficiency, and scalability. Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams. Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and Support teams. Identify operational risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Operations Management (SaaS, Telecom, or Tech preferred). Strong leadership and people management skills.
