Role Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for executing, tracking, and enforcing the two core growth engines of TMG Realty:
Agent recruitment as a predictable revenue system
Organic social media execution as a trust and inbound engine
This role is not administrative support. It is an execution leadership role accountable for daily activity volume, system compliance, and broker visibility.
The Operations Manager ensures that nothing falls through the cracks, all activity is logged in Follow Up Boss (FUB), and the Principal Broker has real-time operational clarity.
Primary Objectives (Non-Negotiable)
Maintain a daily recruiting pipeline with measurable movement
Ensure 100% CRM compliance (FUB is the system of record)
Build and manage a consistent Facebook & Instagram presence
Provide daily and weekly reporting with no surprises
Support agents operationally while enforcing accountability
