Salary: $58,000 - $63,000

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, administration, and financial performance of day and residential programs.
• Supervise Residential Managers and oversee daily program operations.
• Maintain quality and quantity of services delivered across all programs.
• Implement and adhere to established professional and facility procedures.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a collaborative and people‑first environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; three or more years of progressive management experience in behavioral health may be considered in lieu of a degree.
